The winger could force his way out of the Ligue 1 club with the transfer window nearing its end.

Paris Saint-Germain are considering the sale of Kylian Mbappé after the Frenchman turned down the opportunity to sign a new contract with the club, reports from France have indicated. The Ligue 1 club is said to have already lined up Everton's Richarlison as the probable replacement for the 21-year-old forward whose departure could be sanction before the transfer window closes this summer.

Mbappe has just 12 months remaining on his current contract and his future at the PSG has increasingly become uncertain in recent months. Although his side has added Lionel Messi to their already star-studded front line, the former AS Monaco starlet still remains adamant to commit his future to the club with a dream move to Real Madrid said to be on his mind.

Following the arrival of Lionel Messi, PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi stated that Mbappe had every reason to stay and ruled out his sale this summer. However, according to RMC Sports in France, the club has now conceded defeat in the quest to hold onto the French star and are now eager to cut their losses by selling him before losing him on a free transfer next summer.

On Monday, the news outlet announced that Mbappe had rejected PSG's latest contract offer of five plus one season which would have seen him earn a bit more than his current deal. However, the player rejected the proposal just as he did with the previous ones.

The odds are now in favor of Mbappe securing a move elsewhere and while many are expect Real Madrid to table an official bid for the attacker, it has been reported that an unnamed Premier League club actively pushing to sign the attacker. With PSG anticipating his departure, they club is looking to bring in Everton's Richarlison as his successor following Neymar Jr's recommendation. RMC Sports claims that the Ligue 1 club has reached out to the Brazilian's entourage with some movements expected in the coming days.
