Chelsea have all but signed Pedro Neto from Wolves, but according to the Daily Mail, the Premier League giants plan on recruiting another attacker on top of the highly-rated Portuguese winger.
The Blues surprised many by signing the 24-year-old for a rumored £54M fee, beating out interest from Manchester City and Newcastle. Despite his injury, Chelsea were adamant about bringing Neto to Stamford Bridge, with the attacker seen in the stands for their friendly against Inter Milan.
And the London giants do not plan on stopping there. Samu Omorodion is expected in West London soon for £34.5M, with the UEFA Conference League side set to target another attacker before the summer window closes.
The man Boehly and Co. wish to bring to the Bridge is Victor Osimhen. However, due to Chelsea's lavish spending, the board are exploring a loan deal for the Nigerian star.
The Blues have already spent over £200M but Napoli are unlikely to entertain a loan deal without an obligation to buy.
Osimhen is keen on leaving, having asked his Serie A employers to facilitate his departure. The striker was even left out of Napoli's Coppa Italia squad to face Modena.
Any deal for Osimhen will be expensive thanks to his release clause and wage demands. As a result, Chelsea must recoup money through sales.
Conor Gallagher's departure to Atletico Madrid has helped in this regard. Furthermore, the Premier League side are keen on selling Trevor Chalobah, Armando Broja, and Romelu Lukaku, with the latter having already agreed personal terms with Napoli.
