The fight for the podium is hotter than ever with two teams from Europe and two more from Africa. See what to expect from both games with this guide.

Only four teams are left in what has turned out to be an amazing men's tournament in the 2024 Olympics. Now, with both semi finals in place, it is time to know who the gold medal contenders will be and who will be those who will be forced to settle for the bronze.

The first semi final game will be Morocco vs Spain, which will feature the two top-scoring teams in the competition. After their 4-0 win over the USMNT, Morocco has found the back of the net ten times during the Olympic competition, making them the most prolific in front of goal. Their counterparts have also performed well, as Spain has scored nine times across the tournament. It will be an intense clash between two teams looking to make history, as Morocco are aiming to win their first medal in this sport and Spain will be keen on reaching their second Olympic Soccer final in a row, following their silver-medal finish in 2020.

The second game of the day, France vs Egypt, will see the hosts trying to reach the gold medal match for the first time since 1984, when they took home the top going. On the other side, Egypt have already made history with their first semi final run in any edition of the games, but they will want to put the cherry on top of what has been a massive competition for both of them. The Pharaohs shocked Paraguay after penalties to reach the semis, while France claimed their spot among the final four in a controversial match against Argentina. Will the hosts make it to the gold medal match, or will we get to see the shock of all shocks if Egypt can pull it off? We will have to wait until Monday to find out.
