The Danish striker returned to Johan Cruyff Arena with a bang and helped the Danish side earn a spot in the Quarterfinals.

After a very slow start of the UEFA Euro, the Danish side has now managed to reach the last eight teams of the competition with a bang, as goals by Kasper Dolberg, Joakim Maehle, and Martin Braithwaite helped them beat Wales at Johan Cruyff Arena.

Dolberg's goals after 27 and 48 minutes gave Denmark a chance to control the game, while Maehle's strike and Braithwaite's goal -after VAR review-  in the final minutes were enough to see the Danish team through.

The real star of the game was none other than Dolberg, who bagged a brace at the stadium where he used to play and also earned set a record as the first Danish footballer to score two goals in the same game since the 2012 edition of the tournament.

Dolberg's first goal also turned some heads for its accuracy. (Image might be geo-restricted)

Now, the Danish side will wait for the game between the Netherlands and the Czech Republic to know their rival in the Quarterfinals.
