Borussia Dortmund seemed to have the upper hand in the UEFA Champions League final, but Dani Carvajal came out of nowhere to give Los Merengues the lead while earning a spot in the competition's history.
The right back ended Real Madrid's wait for a goal after a corner kick by Toni Kroos. It was the second attempt on goal for Carvajal, but this time the Spaniard was able to beat Kobel to find the back of the net.
After the goal, sources from all over the globe revealed a milestone achieved by the former Bayer Leverkusen ace.
