The Colombian side managed to earn the lead against A Canarinha with this effort by Porto's striker.

Colombia managed to end Brazil's flawless defensive run in the Copa América with a goal during the first ten minutes, and what a goal it was!

Striker Luis Díaz will go down in history with one of the most beautiful goals ever scored in the South American competition by putting to good use a cross by Juan Cuadrado. Once the ball got near him, Díaz found the back of the net with an impressive overhead kick to stun Brazil and give Colombia a well-deserved lead.

Díaz's goal was so impressive that it took Brazilian players a while to get their heads back into the game, with Colombia even getting closer to the second goal rather than an equalizer from Neymar and Co.

Colombia were able to hold on to their lead until halftime, and Díaz will surely be a worthy candidate to win the Goal of the tournament award, which we leave for you to see below (Image might be geo-restricted).
