The English side has been without a permanent boss since Antonio Conte's exit, but their wait for a new tactician could be over soon.

Tottenham Hotspur seem to have found the man that will lead their efforts to bring titles to their new stadium, but there are a couple of issues to work out with the man in question to see that happening.

According to recent reports coming in from England, the club has agreed terms to name Julian Nagelsmann as their coach for next season. Unfortunately for the club, there are still some things to be discussed with the German tactician.

Nagelsmann, who was fired by Bayern München in recent weeks, has reportedly told his close ones that he sees Tottenham as the best option to continue his career, but he will only do so once he gets to know a couple of details prior to signing his deal.

The first order of business will be the amount of money he will have to hire new players. In order to see his vision of football completely satisfied, Nagelsmann is allegedly interested in hiring quite a few footballers, but he will need to know the exact amount he will have to work with from the start, putting aside any extra cash that may come in from potential sales.

The other issue Nagelsmann will want sorted out will be the name of the team's sporting director. As of now, the club is waiting to know the exact ban that will be handed to Fabio Paratici, who is being linked to a scandal back in his days with Juventus. Once Nagelsmann finds out the name of the man he will be working with, he might be able to put pen to paper to his deal with the North London side.

Tottenham are currently ranked seventh in the Premier League, but the main problem for them is that they only have four games left in the EPL season. Earning a spot to play UEFA Champions League football seems complicated, but being able to secure a spot in the Europa League would do wonders for their budget, which may also facilitate Nagelsmann's signing.
