The Gabonese ace was left out of the Blues' squad for the rest of the UEFA Champions League, which will seemingly push him away from European football

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is not ready to watch his teammates from the stands as they try to win one more European title in the UEFA Champions League, and the Gabonese striker is seemingly ready to part ways with Chelsea as soon as he possibly can.

That desire has seen his agents looking for options to continue his playing career, and the first one to pop up is none other than the MLS, with one specific team linked to the player's services.

The team in question is none other than the one that will defend the 2022 MLS Cup title: Los Angeles FC. The Black and Gold have shown interest in hiring Aubameyang to fill the void left by Gareth Bale, who retired from professional football as soon as Wales were eliminated from the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Journalist Matteo Moretto revealed initial talks between the Gabonese striker and the Black and Gold.

"Both clubs (Chelsea and LAFC) are involved in transfer talk to see the former Barcelona player joining the MLS side," Moretto revealed in an article published by Relevo.

Aubameyang joined Chelsea prior to the start of the 2022-23 season, where he was able to score three goals in seventeen matches for the Blues. The Gabonese star would be joining his tenth professional team if he ends up signing a contract with the current MLS champions.
