The German tactician did not appreciate questions about the team's transfer plans ahead of the rest of the season, and he was not shy on showing it.

It has not been a great season for Liverpool so far, and while Jurgen Klopp has been able to cope with the pressures of being the Reds' boss, he was not able to keep it together when facing a question about more signings for his team.

Speaking in the pre-match press conference ahead of Liverpool's game against Brighton, Klopp lost the plot when asked aout why Liverpool refused to boost their attack due to the team's persistent injury problems. To make a point out of this, Klopp referred to the names of those who are still injured and to the extent of the decisions the team has made when it comes to squad selections.

"The transfer market is not the solution for us. We have the problem that four of our offensive men are injured. If we bought one more, then we would have too many available, and they will return. Darwin will return soon, while the others might take a bit more. If they came back and we bought more, then we would have a big problem," Klopp said.

The coach added how this has had an effect on their plans for all the tournaments they are involved in, especially in European tournaments.

"We couldn't even add all of them to our UEFA Champions League squad. There are too many, we had to make a decision on who's next, about the new guy, and things like that, it's not that easy," Klopp added.

Then, after the reporter insisted, Klopp did not hesitate on appealing to the past to say how he would hire players if that was the real problem for his team right now. Have a look.

Liverpool are currently ranked seventh in the Premier League three points behind Fulham and seven behind Manchester United in the race to finish among the top four.
