Throughout the group stages of the Euro 2012 qualifiers, Montenegro proved they are no minnows. Now, they are planning to make of the Czech Republic their next victim.
The Czechs will try to make the most of their home advantage. In truth, they aren’t favorite to progress into the finals of Euro 2012. Coach Michal Bilek has been left with huge problems concerning his man-squad.

Midfielder Tomas Hubschman is already missing from Bilek’s roster due to suspension. The worst news for the Czech Republic, however, is that first choice keeper Petr Cech is currently unfit. The Chelsea player broke his nose against Blackburn Rovers last Saturday and Hamburg SV’s Jaroslav Drobny is a prime candidate to replace him.

“A broken nose is a painful injury, particularly for a goalkeeper who can be the target of challenges from tall strikers,” Bilek told UEFA.com on Monday.

“He will have a special mask from Italy and how he feels will be crucial for my decision about who starts in goal. I hope he will be ready, his presence on the pitch is very important for us because he is one of the best goalkeepers in the world.”
