Coach Didier Deschamps will have to change his preferred lineup after some of his footballers have been ruled out to start the crucial game

France and Morocco will have to play their semi-final tie with some absences, but the players that Didier Deschamps will have to leave out of the game may be a bit complicated to replace.

The former midfielder will have to replace a couple of defensive footballers that have proven to be key to his scheme, especially when the European side will have to show their best defense against a team that does not have the most flamboyant attack but can inflict damage to their rivals with only one chance.

The first player to be left out of this game will be Adrien Rabiot, as he was not able to recover from a cold. The Juventus ace has been ruled out of the game, meaning he will not even make it to the bench to come in if needed.

The other player set to be left out of the starting lineup is Dayot Upamecano, who is also facing illness problems. Fortunately for Deschamps, Upamecano could come in if needed, as he has been included in the squad that will face Morocco.

Deschamps has reportedly decided to use Youssouf Fofana and Ibrahima Konaté as their replacements.

Here is France's lineup for the semi-final tie against Morocco.
