The Santiago Bernabeu will be the venue for the first match of the day on Sunday, November 6.
League leaders Real Madrid will host Osasuna in the comfort of their home hours before Barcelona get in action against Athletic Bilbao.

With a victory, Los Blancos will maintain their position at the top of the standings. They wouldn’t have to worry until November 19 when La Liga will resume.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Gonzalo Higuain are expected to take care of producing fireworks. Between them, they have 20 goals in the Spanish Primera Division. In midweek, Ronaldo clinched his 100th Real Madrid goal and he is poised to add more to his tally.

Real Madrid possess a feat of 6 clean sheets in 10 matches whereas Osasuna are among La Liga’s 20 contenders with the worst defensive record. Real Zaragoza lead the way with 20 goals allowed whereas Osasuna, like Villarreal, have conceded as many 17 strikes.

Los Rojillos are particularly poor away from home. While they are yet to clinch a win after 5 away games, the Santiago Bernabeu doesn’t appear as the ideal stadium to turn the tables around.

However, they might find inspiration in their recent form. Osasuna are fresh from an outstanding 2-0 victory over this season’s mighty underdogs Levante. They are also enjoying an unbeaten run which started with a 3-0 defeat of Real Zaragoza on October 23.
