The English striker's decision to leave Tottenham has quickly forced teams in the Premier League to make an effort to sign the footballer.

Harry Kane's documented intentions to leave Tottenham have not been ignored by the top spending clubs in the Premier League, and according to The Mirror, one of them may be ready to offer a large sum of cash to hire one of the best strikers in the world.

According to the English publication, Kane's desire to leave will force Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy to negotiate with any potential suitors, but the initial asking price of $183M would narrow the race to sign Kane to three teams: Manchester United, Manchester City, and Chelsea.

Given that Tottenham would never negotiate with Chelsea due to their rivalry, both Manchester teams would be the most appropiate destination for Kane, and the Citizens have reportedly started plotting the move to hire him as soon as possible.

With Sergio Agüero's deal at Etihad Stadium coming to an end this summer, the Englishman's move to play with the Premier League champions would be seen as a proper replacement to the team's top scorer.

Kane has once again cemented himself as the best player for Tottenham, with 32 goals and 16 assists across all competitions. But even if his numbers are impressive, Kane's desire to win titles will cut short his time as Spurs' emblem. Only time will tell if the current EPL champions can land such a big transfer or if their city neighbors get in the way.
