The Norwegian striker is now the first footballer to invest in Hyperice, a recovery equipment manufacturer.

Erling Haaland has made a household name for himself seemingly out of nowhere thanks to his goal-scoring exploits over the past couple of years, and now he's decided to attach his name to a very interesting venture.

The Borussia Dortmund striker, who's been linked with a host of other big clubs as his agent, Mino Raiola attempts to engineer a big money move for him away from Signal Iduna Park, has now become the first footballer to become a brand ambassador for Hyperice. For those not familiar with Hyperice, it's a muscle recovery equipment manufacturer that's used by athletes worldwide - and not just footballers.

Other brand ambassadors who've invested in the company include the NFL's Patrick Mahomes, who plays for the Kansas City Chiefs as a quarterback, the NBA's Temetrius "Ja" Morant, who plays for the Memphis Grizzlies as a point guard, and tennis player Naomi Osaka. This will be Haaland's first time participating as an investor in a company, and reports indicate he signed a multi-year deal with the organization.

Haaland will be responsible for helping Hyperice produce original content to help both fans and athletes better understand the concept of proper post-workout recovery of  as well as gain a stronger market share in countries like the UK, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, and of course, his native Norway.
