Die BVB have reportedly loosen their stance on their initial asking price for attacking sensation Jadon Sancho ahead of his imminent summer exit.

Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund are reportedly willing to reduce their asking price for attacking sensation Jadon Sancho ahead of this summer's transfer window. The club is rumored to be ready to accept a bid less than $120M (€100M) having initially priced the attacker in the excess of $150M (€125M) last summer.

Last summer, the 21-year-old English star came close to moving away from the Signal Iduna Park after Manchester United agreed to pay €100M for the players service. Despite having agreed personal terms with the former Manchester City academy star, the Red Devils were dealt a massive blow after Dortmund pulled out of the move after their requirements were not met..

Sancho has since gone on to score 12 goals and register 18 assists in 34 appearances across all competitions this season and is expected to depart for another club with his contract set to end in 2022. Recent reports suggest that the winger's exit is imminent and this has been reinforced by Borussia Dortmund director Michael Zorc who has revealed that there "a gentlemen's agreement" in place for the player's sale to be sanctioned "under certain conditions".

With Die BVB facing the risk of missing out on Champions League football for next season, the possibility of Sancho leaving the club at the end of the season is becoming increasingly viable. In light of this, Premier League outfit Manchester United are said to be readying yet another offer for the Englishman and as per German publication SPORT1, could get their man for less than $120M. The Old Trafford outfit identified the Dortmund star as the perfect man to run their right wing that has proven to be their weakest link in attack even in the ongoing campaign with no player properly nailing down the spot.

Unlike last year, United are expected to get Sancho at a cheaper price but now face a stiff competition from the league's defending champions Liverpool. The Reds were linked with a move for the Dortmund sensation in the past but failed to act on it to secure his service as they were relying on their formidable trio in Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino.

Reports from England on Saturday indicated that Jurgen Klopp's side aim to reignite their interest in securing the service of the attacker but would have to fulfil two obligations first. Primarily, the Reds are required to qualify for next season's UEFA Champions League via the Premier League and must also sell at least one of Sadio Mane or Mohamed Salah to create the space for the potential arrival of the Dortmund star. At the moment, the Anfield club is still struggling to find its feet in their title defense and currently sits seven points behind fourth-placed Chelsea.

Meanwhile, Sancho added to his impressive run of form by providing two assists in Saturday's 5-0 win over Holstein Kiel in the semi-final of the DFB Pokal Cup.
