The last game of the season in the Mexican top-flight promises to keep fans on the edge of their seats. Find out where and how to watch it here.

The end of the regular season in Liga MX could not be better, since we will have the most intense rivalry in Mexico City adding one more chapter to its record books. América will visit Pumas UNAM in what turned out to be a controversial choice for a kickoff, but with a late start to the game we should have a prettu entertaining match in our hands.

Pumas could get to this game without any playoff chances, since they require a bunch of permutations to keep their hopes alive. Even so, handing their bitter rivals one more loss will always be cause for joy at Pumas' club house, who will try to wrap things up on a high note if this is their last game of the season.

As for América, Las Águilas will make it to this clash with their second place already in the bag. The main thing for Solari's men will be to keep their minds clear of any problems such as the ones they faced in their CONCACAF CL game against Portland, where some questionable calls by the ref ended with the Eagles conceding a late penalty to draw the game. If that was not enough reason to try and win this game, how about erasing the bad performance they put up against Toluca last week, which resulted in a 3-1 defeat for the yellow and blue side?

Pumas will enter this match on a six-game streak without a loss, which is not bad considering that only two of those games ended in wins. If Andrés Lillini's men want to make something happen, finding the back of the net would be a good start, since they have gone blank in their last two outing against Tigres and Puebla, two games that ended in similar goalless draws.

Meanwhile, América will try to go back to winning ways after being unable to win their last four games in all comps. Losses to Olimpia in the CONCACAF CL and against Toluca last week have raised doubts among fans, but their draws against Cruz Azul and Portland, both with questionable calls against them, hint that there could be life to their fans' title hopes.

The games between Pumas and América are always pretty close. To make an example out of that, you should know that the last three games between these clubs ended in draws. The last time any of them won the clash took place in February 2019, when América lost to Pumas 1-0 at the Olímpico Universitario.
