The Biancocelesti recently displayed their new sponsor in 5-3 win over Benevento over the weekend.

Last season saw Lazio finish in fourth spot, which was enough to secure the Biancocelesti a spot in the Champions League for the first time in several seasons.

Unfortunately for Simone Inzaghi's side, they were pitted against Bayern Munich, who dispatched them in the round of 16 in typical ruthless fashion. Currently out of the Coppa Italia and sixth in the league, the best Lazio can hope for is securing a European football spot. They're in contention for a Europa League berth, and with Juventus slipping up and Lazio on a five game winning streak, a place in the Champions League isn't out of reach, either.

Lazio secured a 5-3 win over Benevento in an eight goal thriller over the weekend, with star striker Ciro Immobile hitting a personal milestone as he scored his 150th goal.

And off the pitch, the game was notable as well as fans probably noticed something different with the team's kits, namely on the front of the shirts.

Up until recently, the Aquile didn't have a sponsor for front of their kits. Their kit sponsor is Macron, which will end at the conclusion of the 2021/22 term. As per SportsBusiness, Castore, a UK-sportswear brand, are involved in talks to handle Lazio's kits going forward. Currently, the current agreement between Lazio and Marcon is worth $4.8 million (€4 million) per season.

The new sponsor on the front of Lazio's kits is none other than Contrader, which is a technology company. Contrader's AI tech will also be used to help enhance analytics of player's stats, and although the company's logo was displayed on the front of the kits for the match against Benevento last weekend, going forward, fans will see Contrader's logo on the back of the kits.

Lazio will next be in action against Napoli on Thursday, April 22nd.
