There’s good news for Mexico and Javier Hernandez fans. The striker is finally back for his national team ahead of Friday’s international friendly against Poland.
After inspiring Mexico to glory at the 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup, Javier Hernandez took some time off. He then suffered a setback following a concussion. Eventually, Javier Hernandez couldn’t feature in Manchester United’s other pre-season games.

However, the striker appeared as a substitute last Sunday as Man United enjoyed a goal feast at Old Trafford over Arsenal. Chicharito stepped onto the pitch at the 36th minute to replace goal scorer Danny Welbeck. Ahead of Friday’s Poland vs Mexico friendly, Javier Hernandez revealed his joy to play for El Tri again.

“It's always an honor to be called to the national team and wear the green shirt,” Chicharito said at a press conference.

“I'm ready to play, I'm here. It is proof that I am one hundred percent [fit].”

Javier Hernandez has already scored 21 goals for Mexico in only 29 appearances. He is been portrayed as his country's new jewel. Mexico will remain in Europe after their friendly match against Poland. On Sunday, El Tri will be in Spain to affront Chile.
