Sergio Aguero has landed in Manchester to sort out the final details as his impending transfer to City looks set to reach a conclusion
Aguero used Twitter to announce his arrival at Manchester to finalise matters ahead of his transfer to Manchester City. The Argentine striker has been on City's radar for quite some time and things looks clear for Aguero to complete his switch to English football.

Aguero said on Twitter: "Just landed in Manchester to finalise the details of the move to City. Everything is fine! In a while I'll tell you more."

Rumors suggests that the overall value of the deal is in between £35 to £39 million. However, Atletico Madrid boss Gregorio Manzano earlier claimed that negotiations with City were tough.

"It does look like this long-running issue will be resolved in the coming hours. It is at an end.

"I have asked the players to focus on Thursday's game [against Stromsgodset]. Unfortunately Kun will not be there. The truth is that I hoped to reflect on his decision to leave favourably. I had hoped that he could have chosen a better, more professional way to leave and shown more love to the club."

This signing is being touted as a replacement for Carlos Tevez, who wants to leave Eastlands this summer.
