Kylian Mbappé may be living his final months at PSG. The club know it, and the player's inner circle knows it. Now, it seems that it will be up to Real Madrid to make a move and try to sign the footballer, and both clubs have started discussions on how to work out a deal.
According to Spanish newspaper ABC, Mbappé has already told the club he will not continue playing for them beyond this season, and if the French club wants to make a profit from his transfer, they will have to let him leave in the next few months. With that in mind, Real Madrid has already started negotiations, but Les Parisiens want a cash-plus-player deal that may be interesting enough for them to accept.
The Spanish publication states that PSG have slapped a $260M price tag, although they would be willing to lower that number if Los Blancos are willing to include Vinicius in the deal. The former Flamengo player is one of the players which have caught the eye of Les Parisiens' sporting director Leonardo, and having him added to this deal would be crucial to see it happening.
Mbappé's transfer is seen by many as the main transfer target for Real Madrid in all transfer windows to come, and signing him would be the first step to rejuvenate a squad that is not getting any younger. Only time will tell if Los Blancos and the French club can reach an agreement, but the first steps to see this deal through have been taken.
