The two top-ranked sides in Group E will go head to head in search of a win in Round 2 of the World Cup qualifiers.

Czech Republic and Belgium will go lock horns on Saturday in their second UEFA World Cup qualifying Group E game. Either of the pair will have its eyes set on securing the win after opening the campaign with respective victories. The former defeated Estonia 6-2 while the latter cruised to a 3-1 win over Wales on the same day.

Czech Republic, who last featured at the World Cup in 2006, are poised for this qualification campaign with a new crop of talent emerging to don their famous colors. Jaroslav Silhavy's side has been tipped for great things and their most recent run of results prove this narrative. So far, they remain unbeaten in their last three outings, winning all the games in succession.

In a broader picture, there still remains room for improvement with four of their last 10 matches ending in defeats. Relatively, the remaining six games have resulted in wins. While Belgium remain favorites for the encounter, The Czechs will fancy their chances by drawing inspiration from the massive win over Estonia. As to whether they will be able to deal with Belgium's free-flowing attacking style remains to be seen.

For a long period, the Red Devils have proved to be a handful for whichever team has crossed their path. They have remarkably won 17 of their last 20 matches, losing just two and drawing the remaining one game. Their most recent outings have come against a host of Europe's highly-rated sides but Roberto Martinez's men have remained resolute throughout, beating England, Denmark and Wales in succession.

Having qualified for this summer's Euros after winning all 10 of their matches to finish atop Group I ahead of Russia, Belgium will be eager to prove a point. As a such, replicating the same form in the campaign to earn a World Cup place cannot be overlooked.
