The UEFA Champions League winner with Los Blancos did not forget about the incident between Ramos and the Egyptian player in the 2017-18 UCL final

The first reactions after the UEFA Champions League draw had to do with the Bayern vs PSG clash and the re-edition of the 2017-18 final between Real Madrid and Liverpool. On that note, famed left back and former Los Blancos player Roberto Carlos wasted no time to remember the incident between Sergio Ramos and Mohamed Salah, which resulted in an injury for the footballer and that also carried quite a bit of criticism against the Spanish defender.

Speaking right after the draw, Roberto Carlos aimed a cheeky dig at Salah, stating that the African footballer may think things twice if he has to clash against Ramos during the games.

"Salah will not want to go near Ramos all game," he joked. "That incident will be discussed quite a bit before the first game, I'm sure," Roberto Carlos added.

On a more serious tone, the left back stated his belief about Real Madrid's chances to walk away from the tie with the win, since he believes that Zidane's men will get to the match in better shape than their rivals.

"We will play against a great team. The first game will be played in Madrid, Real Madrid's momentum is better and we should try to solve things during the first leg," the former footballer added.

Before the interview concluded, Roberto Carlos provided an assessment on why Liverpool have struggled this year after adding Thiago Alcántara to their lineup.

"Liverpool was used to play with long balls to their strikers, but along came Thiago with his skills. He wants to play as he is used to and his teammates have not gotten used to his playing style. It is not Thiago's problem, it has to do with a change of style, his teammates will have to try and adjust to a style that does not require them to play long balls," Roberto Carlos concluded.

The first leg of the tie will have Real Madrid as hosts, although the venue for that match will be determined in the next weeks. Meanwhile, the return leg will be played at Anfield on April 14.
