One of the experiences all football fans have to live before they die is none other than watching the Argentine Superclásico, and while the opportunity to do so live this time is not available, fans can get a glimpse of that rivalry on Sunday when teams lock horns once again at La Bombonera.

For this match, Russo will not be able to field Eduardo "Toto" Salvio, who has been ruled out for six months due to a nasty injury. Carlos Tévez and Edwin Cardona have been listed as doubtful, while former Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo could make his debut with the blue and yellow side this Sunday.

As for River, Marcelo Gallardo will try to lead his team past Boca after suffering a one-nil loss against Argentinos Juniors last week. Los Millonarios are ranked sixth in their Copa group, where they are yet to draw a game. For this match, Marcelo Gallardo will almost have a full squad to choose from, including Rafael Santos Borré, Jonatan Maidana (who recently joined the club after a two-year absence), and Fabio Zuculini.

There have been 252 games between Boca and River over the years. Boca Juniors holds a slim lead of 89 wins over River (83), with the other 80 ending in draws. Curiously, this will be the third game to be held at La Bombonera in a row, including a League Cup match and a Copa Libertadores game.
