Javier Hernandez is relishing his partnership with Wayne Rooney after hailing him as a better player than Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo
Javier Hernandez has already established himself as a key player for United in his first season there and even Dimitar Berbatov has been forced to settle with a place on the bench. The little Mexican has already scored 19 goals in his debut season and his combination with Wayne Rooney upfront has developed into a very lethal one.

And the Mexican international striker admits that it is an honour to be able to play alongside the England striker, whom he described as a better player than Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

"I always used to admire Wayne from a distance. Now it is a pleasure to play alongside him. Our relationship is perfect," Hernandez was quoted as saying by the Sun.

"Without doubt Wayne is one of the best forwards in the world. Wayne is better than Lionel Messi - at shooting. And better than Cristiano Ronaldo - at heading. All their styles are different but Rooney is a super class."

Goals have very much been a key part of Chicharito's success in England so far and even he admits that the Premier League is more about physical preparation nowadays.

"Today football is not only about technique but physical preparation. I run many miles and work on my muscles to increase my speed. In Mexico I developed a similar system, although it wasn't so intense as here.

"The physical power is key to triumph in England. Only by making sacrifices could I have achieved something that seemed impossible when I arrived last summer. I wanted to learn and to take my chance when it came. Never did I imagine this success.
