The next two Premier League games will be the deciding factors in United's title bid. A victory at the Emirates on Sunday will perfectly place them for a Grandstand finish to the season

Old Trafford has been a stage of success for Manchester United this season considering how poor their away from has been. 55 points from a possible 57 is probably the key aspect of United's title charge for this season and with only four more matches remaining in the Premier League calendar, Sir Alex's men have a perfect chance of rewarding their home fans with a league triumph at the Theatre of Dreams.

The Red Devils are currently have a six point cushion in the Premier League with games against Arsenal, Chelsea, Blackburn and Blackpool only left. And United visit Arsenal this weekend, knowing that a victory could place them in a perfect position to lift the title at Old Trafford if they beat Chelsea at home in the following weekend.

But the whole situation ahead of Sunday's clash at the Emirates comes back to one simple question: Can Man United claim that all-important victory against the wounded Gunners. Arsenal have seen themselves lose out on a chance to win the quadruple within the last 3 months or so- something that has once again revived the old tale of them not being matured enough.

Last weekend's defeat against Bolton was probably the worst pinnacle of their season as they huffed and puffed against Owen Coyle's side without really being able to cement themselves in a comfortable position. The sight of Wenger fuming down the touchline literally summed up their season and Wenger too admitted in the aftermath of the defeat that his side have blown away their last chance of winning a silverware.

However, experience would have definitely reminded Sir Alex Ferguson to not underestimate a side that is eager to fight for some pride before the season ends and 'feisty' is seemingly the best word to describe the upcoming battle at the Emirates. But if there is a worst period of time to face Sir Alex's men in a match, it definitely has to be now.

Ask Ralf Ragnick and he could tell you all about it. The Devils were absolutely rampant in their last match against Schalke in the Champions League semi final and this is the sort of form that has pushed them to the top of the Premier League table.

Well, we all know that Manchester United have always been late bloomers when it comes to hitting top form throughout a season. Perhaps, last Tuesday's match could be digested as a perfect reminder of their gruesome abilities when on form.

Taking all the factors into consideration again, pressure nevertheless still lies with Sir Alex Ferguson and troops. Sunday could be the day when they actually place one hand on the Barclays Premier League trophy, providing a perfect platform for Nemanja Vidic to possibly lift the trophy if they avoid defeat against Chelsea next weekend.

Therefore, the stage has been set for Man United to lift their 19th League title. While Sir Alex's men are famous for their resilience when even under pressure, football as we know it has seen too many surprises to be underestimated. After all, it was United who secured an injury time winner against Bayern Munich in 1999 right?
