One of the most anticipated games of the season in Portugal will take place on Wednesday when Porto lock horns with Benfica with the Portuguese Super Cup at stake.

The Eagles' last loss in any competition came in the Portuguese top-flight against Braga (3-2) on November 8, and their previous match concluded in a 2-0 win over Gil Vicente last weekend.

This will be the 30th Super Cup game for Porto. The Dragons are the most successful team in this tournament's history with 21 titles, with their last trophy of the sort coming in 2018, when they defeated Desportivo Das Aves. On the other hand, Benfica have appeared in 20 Super Cup finals, taking eight of those home. In fact, Benfica enter this game as defending champions, having beaten Sporting 5-0 in the 2019 edition.
