All national teams will begin their quest for a spot in the FIFA World Cup in March 2021. The end of the first stage is set to take place in November.

The 2022 FIFA World Cup draw has taken place earlier today, and we can't be more eager to see the games begin.

All 55 teams were divided into ten groups, with the winner of each group earning a direct spot in the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Three more spots will be up for grabs in the playoff stage, which will combine the runners-up of the group stage and teams from the UEFA Nations League.

Perhaps the most interesting group after the draw took place is Group D, which will feature defending champions France, Ukraine, and Bosnia-Herzegovina as favorites. Another group to keep our eyes on will be Group I, with England, Poland, and Hungary set to fight between themselves for the ticket for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Here's how each group was drawn today in Zurich.

Group A: Portugal, Serbia, Republic of Ireland, Luxembourg, Azerbaijan.

Group B: Spain, Sweden, Greece, Georgia, Kosovo.

Group C: Italy, Switzerland, Northern Ireland, Bulgaria, Lithuania.

Group D: France, Ukraine, Finland, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kazakhstan.

Group E: Belgium, Wales, Czech Republic, Belarus, Estonia.

Group F: Denmark, Austria, Scotland, Israel, Faroe Islands, Moldova.
