The North London Derby is here! For the first time this season, Tottenham and Arsenal will lock horns in the Premier League, with the Gunners visiting their bitter rivals for Sunday's highly-anticipated showdown. This game is not only about the bragging rights, though that too is at stake, as both sides will need all three points but for different reasons.

Spurs head into this clash on top of the table, sitting in the number one spot with 21 points from their opening 10 games. In fact, Mourinho's men have not lost a game in the Premier League since their opening day defeat against Everton. The club have been excellent this season, leaving many wondering whether they could mount a serious title challenge and even lift the English top-flight crown.

The form of Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son has been the driving force behind Tottenham's season, with the duo scoring a combined 16 goals. Despite this, the skeptics who are all too familiar with Spurs' previous failures cannot help but doubt whether they can truly push for the Premier League trophy. After all, the north London side have looked like title contenders before only to bottle it, for lack of a better term.

The fixtures list has gotten tougher for Mourinho's side, having faced Man City and Chelsea in their two most recent games. They picked up four points from those two matches, beating the Citizens 2-0 before drawing nil-nil at Stamford Bridge. Next up is Arsenal, with trips to Crystal Palace and Liverpool lurking around the corner. Should Spurs beat their north London rivals first, then impress at Anfield and at home vs Leicester on 20 December, that would send a serious message to all their rivals and doubters.

As for the Gunners, a win is a must in order to end their torrid form. Arteta's side have only won once in their last six league games and while they have exhibited promising attacking football in the Europa League, Aubameyang and Co. nearly went eight straight hours without scoring from open play prior to the 2-1 loss to Wolves.

Defeat would leave Arsenal 11 points adrift the league leaders and would leave the Gunners with only four wins and 13 points from 11 games this season. Tottenham: An unknown injury kept Harry Kane out of their recent Europa League fixture, with the Englishman set to undergo a late test to determine his fitness. The same is true for Hugo Lloris, with Joe Hart ready to deputize should the French shot-stopper be unavailable. Toby Alderweireld, Sergio Reguilon, and Carlos Vinicius are doubts and could join Erik Lamela on the sidelines.

Arsenal: Thomas Partey is a huge doubt, with the Gunners not ready to gamble with his fitness despite the player's determination to play. Similarly, David Luiz could miss this fixture after suffering a head wound during the defeat to Wolves. Nicolas Pepe is suspended while Martinelli is yet to return from injury. Lacazette could return to the lineup after his excellent performance against Molde over the midweek and could partner Aubameyang and Willian in attack.
