Gareth Bale is likely to miss the game against West Brom after Harry Redknapp confirmed that his participation for tomorrow's match is in a 'big doubt'
Tottenhan Hotspur are currently engaged in an ongoing battle for a Champions League spot and winning all their remaining games is the best possible thing they can do in order to secure the coveted spot. However, they face a very compact West Brom side tomorrow after their mini resurgence under Roy Hodgson.

Nevertheless, Spurs have now been dealt with a blow after Harry Redknapp admitted that Gareth Bale could be set to miss the clash at White Hart Lane. Bale, who was recently awarded the PFA Player of the Year award, suffered a knee injury in their 3-3 draw against Arsenal in midweek.

Redknapp said: "Gareth was injured. He took a little bit of a knock on the knee and he's doubtful for tomorrow. We'll see how he is later on but at the moment he is certainly a big doubt.

"I don't want to say that he's definitely out just in case there is a chance, but at the moment, you wouldn't think that he would be fit."

Bale's absence would be a huge loss for Redknapp as he tries to guide his side to overcome a very resilient West Brom side tomorrow. The Baggies have only lost once under Hodgson and if Spurs do not earn a victory, their battle for the Champions League spot might just slip off their hands.
