The 2020/2021 Bundesliga calendar has now been unveiled. Here's where to watch your favorite German side in action this month, and throughout the season.

Following their Treble triumph, Bayern Munich will look to do it all over again as they seek to win yet another Bundesliga title and defend their DFB-Pokal and Champions League crowns. And as usual, the other teams, namely Borussia Dortmund and ambitious RB Leipzig will again try to do their very best to challenge die Roten for the domestic title.

Will they succeed? They've come up short time and time again as the Bavarian titans are simply a level ahead of everyone else, and naturally are expected to win the league title this season, too. But football is unpredictable, and anything can happen, so who knows?

Here's the upcoming September fixture list for the 2020/2021 Bundesliga season. Of course, given we now live in a world that has been disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this naturally could change at any time. As of now, however, matchday one will start on Friday, September 18, 2020.

What's the opening schedule set to look like? Are all the games being played on the same day?

No. As per tradition in the Bundesliga, the reigning champion will kick off the season on Friday at their home ground. And given that it's been Bayern Munich for the past few seasons, die Roten will once again start proceedings, with their opponents being Schalke. This match will start at 14:30 ET (11:30 PT) on Friday, September 18th. Matchday one continues on Saturday, September 19th, with most of the games being played at 9:30 ET (6:30 PT) except for the Borussia Derby featuring Dortmund and Gladbach, which will be played at 12:30 ET (9:30 PT).

Finally, matchday one's games will conclude on Sunday, September 20th at 12:00 ET (9:00 PT).

Matchday two's matches pretty much follow the same schedule as matchday one, with one game being played on Friday, September 25th at 14:30 ET (11:30 PT). Again, the majority of the games are on Saturday, September 26th at 9:30 ET (6:30 PT), and conclude on Sunday, September 20th at 12:00 ET (9:00 PT).

When is the season expected to conclude?

If everything goes according to plan, the 2020/2021 Bundesliga season will end on Saturday, May 22, 2021.

What times will the games begin on Friday, September 18?

Bayern's match with Schalke is the only game on Friday, September 18th, and that game begins at 14:30 ET (11:30 PT) at the Allianz Arena.

What broadcasters will be showing the games if I live in the USA, Canada, or in the UK?

If you live in the USA, ESPN and its various platforms is how you can follow your favorite German side throughout the upcoming campaign. Games will be broadcast on ESPN and ESPN2, and Spanish-language coverage is available on ESPN Deportes.

Live-streaming and online coverage is available on ESPN3, ESPN+, ESPN+ Deportes, and ESPN App.

FuboTV is also available and will live-stream hundreds of games during the course of the season as they work closely with ESPN.

Fans based in Canada can check out SportsNet for TV broadcasts and SportsNet Now for live-streaming.

And finally, Bundesliga followers who call the UK home can select BT Sport and its family of platforms, which includes BT Sport 1 and BT Sport 2. For live streaming, check out the BTSport App and BTSport.com.
