All UEFA club games will be streamed through CBS All Access.

Champions League play came to a halt in March by the growing concern of the Covid-19 pandemic. Cristiano Ronaldo, Kevin De Bruyne, Robert Lewandowski, Lionel Messi and other world superstars were left waiting to play the return leg of their round of 16 games. Now, the wait is over for them, and soccer fans in the United States after CBS Sports announced that all Champions League matches will be broadcasted in its streaming platform, CBS All Access.

To be more exact, CBS Sports signed a multi-platform agreement with UEFA that was announced on Thursday, July 30, that will see CBS All Access and CBS Sports as the sole English-Language home in the U.S. of the Champions League, Europa League, UEFA Super Cup and UEFA Europa Conference League through 2024.

CBS Sports HQ, the 24/7 streaming sports news network, will broadcast the Champions League and Europa League draw live from Nyon, Switzerland. Of course, that will happen after both the Champions and Europa League finish their remaining round of 16 games. Coverage begins at 5:30 a.m. ET.

According to The Athletic’s Paul Tenorio, CBS is offering a free one-month trial for new subscribers through mid-August. Take a look at the games and broadcast information:

Of course, women’s soccer fans were not too happy with this free one-month trial announcement. Why? Because CBS did not offer the one-month free subscription for people who were interested in watching the NWSL Challenge Cup last month. They had to do the free one-week trial and pay the $6.99 for the rest of the rest of the competition. While $7 might be considered an affordable price, the problem lies in making it more difficult to watch women’s sports.

Every fixture will be available live through CBS All Access each season, while the important matches will air on CBS Television Network and CBS Sports Network.
