The Reds capped an amazing season at home during their final match of the 20192-20 season with an emphatic win before the campaign's conclusion.

Liverpool may have secured the title quite a few weeks ago, but that doesn't mean that the Reds can't keep adding records to their impressive season.

The Reds made it to Matchday 37 this Wednesday to beat Chelsea with a 5-3 score. The Reds had taken a three-goal lead at one point of the game, and even after a late surge by Lampard's men, Liverpool claimed the victory that helped them celebrate their first league title in over 30 years by adding one more record to their tally, and mainly, Jurgen Klopp's guidance was key to accomplish this feat.

No team in Liverpool's history had gone unbeaten at Anfield for three straight seasons, and Klopp's men have done just that during the season where they took the league title home.

It was quite the occasion for Liverpool players, and especially for their manager, who added this new record to all the celebrations.

The Reds will put an end to the 2019-20 season when they clash against Newcastle on Sunday. The champions will try to reach 99 points to set one more franchise record for most points in one season after setting their current milestone last year.
