#WorldCupAtHome, UEFA TV, eMLS Tournament Special are a few of the foootball-related things to keep you occupied and entertained during the ongoing lockdown.

#WorldCupAtHome bringing more bangers to the screens for fans to enjoy

In case you missed it, FIFA have launched a #WorldCupAtHome campaign to replay some of the most memorable matches in World Cup history from both the men's and women's tournaments. FIFATV on YouTube will be bringing back a few more classics starting Friday, April 17 with the 1986 Men's World Cup final between Argentina and Germany. This was the cherry on top of the cake for Diego Maradona, who led his nation to the title, but not before a thrilling and tight showdown against die Mannschaft.

Elsewhere, we have two more recent encounters. One is Germany's humbling of England in South Africa 2010. This match will be remembered for two things: Lampard's denied goal and the thrashing of the Three Lions. Re-live that and the Russia 2018 clash between Mexico and – you guessed it – Germany in which El Tri shocked the reigning champions and caused an earthquake (literally) in the North American nation.

MLS unlikely to return in mid-May

The MLS recently announced in an official statement that the league will likely extend their current suspension. Initially, a May 10 return was being targeted but given the situation in the United States – they are now the worst affected country by COVID-19 – Major League Soccer will have to push back that date. Despite this, the organizers insisted that their plan remains to complete the 34-game season.
