The Portuguese ace has been recognized for his amazing debut month in the English top-flight.

What a debut month it has been for Bruno Fernandes in the Premier League. After sealing his move to Man United, the Portuguese ace has been nothing but a hit and has now been recognized for his efforts in his first month in England.

The Red Devils midfielder has been named the Player of the Month for February. The former Sporting Lisbon talent has contributed to five goals in five games so far in the Premier League, scoring twice and assisting three.

The 25-year-old is the first Portuguese player to win a Player of the Mont prize since Deco at Chelsea way back in 2008. Furthermore, he is only the fourth Man United man in the post-Ferguson era to achieve this, joining Martial, Rashford, and Ibrahimovic.

Since making his debut, Man United are yet to lose a single game, drawing three times – this includes the 0-0 draw with Wolves which was his first match.  Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic, fans won’t get to him in action for a while.

Action in Europe has all but halted in a bid to contain the spread. This includes the English top-flight, with the season being suspended until April 03.
