The Paris Saint-Germain superstar should be moving to the MLS in the near future.

Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar Jr has reportedly reached an agreement in principle with MLS side Inter Miami over a prospective transfer. The 28-year-old Brazilian winger is believed to have all but secured a place in the club's future squad after shaking hands with the club's owner David Beckham over a 'transfer proposal'.

Nevertheless, Neymar will not be making his move to the United States just yet; at least not for another 10 years. Currently, the Brazilian forward has a contract with PSG which runs until 2022 but that has not stopped him from instigating a two-way battle between Real Madrid and Barcelona with both seemingly interested in his signing.

In a discussion with David Beckham for YouTube channel OTRO, the former Santos prodigy affirmed his desire to move to Miami in the near future after the latter wittingly revealed his plans to recruit him. However, the Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain legend opined that the PSG talisman would have to take a massive pay-cut in order for the 'dream move' to materialize.

Beckham said: "America has a huge opportunity because they have many other sports that are the number one, two, three sport. "Soccer, now is growing very quickly and I think it's a real opportunity for America to have great players there.

"I'm going to get you to sign a piece of paper after. A blank piece of paper. "It's going to be a contract for Miami, for ten years' time. "We're not going to pay much..."

Neymar immediately accepted the offer, to which Beckham exclaimed: "Deal, you saw this!"

Neymar then revealed that he had already spoken to Beckham about a potential move.

"I was the one who asked to play for his team," he said.

"I want to. I told him already. I told him I will play there one day.

"I believe this is a great opportunity for the country to grow its soccer.

"As I said before, I already have my contract with David. A few years from now, I will be there."

Former Barcelona stalwart is already having yet another productive season at Paris Saint-Germain as he has registered 13 goals in 14 games in Ligue 1 so far.
