Two nutmegs, two goals and an all-new La Liga record to savor.

Barcelona sensation Ansu Fati has landed yet another La Liga record with his goals in Sunday's win over Levante. The 17-year-old winger's brace proved to be enough to seal a 2-1 victory for Los Blauagrana and resultantly earned him the milestone of being the youngest player in the history of the Spanish league to grab a double in a football match.

Having proved to be a thorn in the flesh of the visitors at the early stages of the night's clash, Fati drew first blood for the Catalans in the 30th minute. The La Masia graduate latched onto a stunning through pass from Lionel Messi and quickly buried it home in-between the legs of Levante goalie Aitor.

Barely 106 seconds later, the pair combined once more and, yet again, Fati struck another shot through the legs of the opponents' stop-stopper. Relatively, Ruben Rochina denied Barca the luxury of a cleansheet by scoring a consolation for his side in the 92nd minute. Watch all the goals below (geo-restrictions may apply):

On the broader scope, the significance of the Sunday's win is that Los Blaugrana closed the gap between them and table-toppers Real Madrid to three points. On an individual level, Fati, at the age of 17 years and 94 days, became the youngest player to ever score La Liga brace., overtaking Juanmi. The latter did it for Malaga at the age of 17 years and 115 days in 2010.

"I have fulfilled a dream," Fati said in a post-match interview.

"I thank my teammates and the coach for a new opportunity. I am very grateful for the treatment of the dressing room. They help me a lot. I'm still young."

On the subject ofplaying with Lionel Messi, he said: "I still have doubts over whether or not everything that's happening is a reality... Playing with Messi is a dream."
