The Belgian ace has been out since November but should be back in time for this crucial derby.

Eden Hazard has been out for quite some time but according to Marca, Real Madrid have set a target date for when their marquee summer signing should his return.

The Belgian superstar has not featured for Los Blancos since November after picking up an ankle injury in the Champions League against PSG. The 29-year-old was initially penciled in for a January return but things have not gone according to plan.

The reason for this delay is simple: the Spanish giants do not want to rush Hazard back and risk a relapse. As a result, the former Chelsea ace’s new return date is early February.

This means he should be fit in time for February’s Madrid Derby, with Atletico making the trip to the Bernabeu this time around. Until then, Eden will watch from the sidelines and hope his team suffer no setbacks in the title race.

In the meanwhile, Zidane's side are gearing up for the upcoming Supercopa de Espana final. Real Madrid will take on their city rivals Atletico in the ultimate game, with Simeone's side beating Barcelona 3-2 in the semi-final to set a date with the 13-time Champions League winners.
