The Blues rehashed a topic that Spurs have likely never forgotten.

Chelsea are gearing up for a clash with Tottenham this weekend. The Blues will be making the trip to north London on Sunday in a highly-anticipated London derby.

This was a high-stake game already, due to the heated top-four race and the rivalry. However, Chelsea have now gone and added a few layers by rehashing bad history and trolling Spurs.

The 2012 Champions League winner released a video on Twitter, poking fun at the north London giants over the Willian fiasco from 2013 which left Daniel Levy fuming at Roman Abramovich. It's well documented that Tottenham were inches away from signing the Brazilian, who was plying his trade at Anzhi, before the Blues hijacked the move.

Abramovich made a personal call to the owner of Willian's former club to steal him from under Spurs' nose. The attacker had even undergone a medical, hence Levy's fury at seeing a deal he presumed to be done and dusted burn to ashes.

In a video posted on Chelsea's official Twitter account, the club hype up their next seven days of fixtures which will see them travel to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium before hosting Arsenal. Lampard's side took a jibe at the Gunners as well, bringing up the 4-1 Europa League final triumph over them, before trolling Sunday's opponent.

In the clip, Willian is getting a haircut when the barber asks "Tottenham… did they really pay for your flight?" which was followed up by another punchline. Watch it all in the video below.
