The Brazilian ace admitted having mixed feelings about his stint at PSG, but he keeps focused on winning everything he can with Les Parisiens.

Neymar's future was the subject of much speculation during the summer of 2019, and today, six months after he came close to stage a shocking return to Camp Nou, he decided to put an end to all the rumors and pledged his allegiance to Les Parisiens.

In an interview with France Football, Neymar admitted that six months ago he was not satisfied with his life in the French capital, but things have changed for him and the thought of leaving the club has not crossed his mind.

"Why would I want to leave PSG now? Today I am a Parisien and I give 100% for this club. I will give my best to see PSG winning. I never meant to hurt anybody, and all I thought about back then was 'if you're not happy, you need to leave,'"Neymar stated.

The Brazilian ace did not shy away from any topic, and he even clarified the reasonsw why he chose to leave Barcelona almost three years ago.

"In Barcelona, football is lived with a higher level of intensity. I learned a lot and that's why I felt so comfortable there. But I left because I wanted new goals, it had nothing to do with winning the Ballon D'Or or being in the same team as Messi," the striker added.

Once Messi's name popped up, the Brazilian ace heaped praise on the Argentine, referring to him as the greatest of all time.

"He's an amazing player, the best I've ever seen. It's not surprising to see him own six Ballon D'Ors. There should be an award of the sort just for Messi. I will always love him," Neymar stated.

The interview came to an end with Neymar naming his top goals for the next few years. Surprisingly, individual trophies are not something he wants right now.

"Winning the UEFA Champions League with PSG would be great, but what I want the most is to win the World Cup title with Brazil. I'd love to win the Ballon D'Or too, but I'm not worried about it. It will come one day...or maybe it won't," the Brazilian ace concluded.
