The midfielder is seen as the man that will turn things around for Los Blancos, and this latest offer promises to see Florentino Perez going all in for the footballer.

Real Madrid, Florentino Pérez and Zinedine Zidane are more determined than ever to land Paul Pogba's signing, and the latest offer by the Spanish giants will make Manchester United at least consider the option of letting the French footballer leave the club.

According to Spanish outlet El Desmarque, Pérez will come up with an offer to see the Frenchman joining Los Blancos this winter to fuel their chances of success in both La Liga (where they are currently ranked second) and in the UEFA Champions League (where they will finish second in their group).

The Spanish media outlet states that Pérez will offer Manchester United two players and $93.5M for the midfielder's services, in a desperate effort to satisfy Zidane's demands. The French tactician has repeatedly turned down offers to sign players that would cost half -or less than half- of what Manchester United is demanding for Pogba, and this would be one of the final efforts by the Spanish giants to lure the player away from Old Trafford.

The first player involved in this negotiation would be James Rodríguez. The Colombian footballer has not been able to impress Zidane in his second stint with the club, with brief cameo appearances every now and then. As of now, Rodríguez is recovering from an injury, which has damaged his chances of making himself indispensable for the French coach.

The other footballer involved in this negotiation would be Mariano Díaz, a player Zidane desperately wants to offload. The Spanish/Dominican player has not seen a full minute of playing time this season, but his goalscoring prowess is not to be argued, as demostrated previously with Lyon. The player's signing would fill the gap left by Romelu Lukaku, who joined Inter Milan during summer's transfer window.

All in all, the chances to see Pogba dressed in white this winter seem slim, but you can't blame Real Madrid for trying. Added to that Pogba's form this season has not been as impressive, and his exit could also give Manchester United a chance to re-build themselves with another player leading their project.
