The Swedish ace has already revealed his decision to leave the LA Galaxy, and a host of Serie A clubs have shown interest in his services.

AC Milan seems determined to turn their season around, and they have identified Zlatan Ibrahimovic as the man that will change their fate.

The Swedish star has concluded his deal with Los Angeles Galaxy, and while he has been linked to Manchester United, Napoli or Bologna, the rossoneri want to beat each of these teams for his signing, which they are prepared to make happen by selling three players.

It comes as no surprise to see Milan trying to end such a miserable season, which has seen them drop to 14th place in the Italian top-flight after losing seven of their 12 games this season. Their results even forced the team's hierarchy to fire Marco Giampaolo, and with Stefano Pioli at the helm, the rossoneri have identified three players that are surplus to their requirements and which would fund Ibrahimovic's signing: Franck Kessie, Ricardo Rodríguez and Fabio Borini.

Rodríguez has played four games this season, while Borini has only earned two apps (one of them as a substitute). Kessie, on the other hand, has played ten games (nine as a starter), scoring one goal for the rossoneri.

The report by La Gazzetta dello Sport suggests that Milan will try to sell all three players to fund a $66M bid for Ibrahimovic, which would include the player's wages and bonuses. Let us remind you that all moves by AC Milan are being analyzed in detail by UEFA due to their Financial Fair Play problems, which caused them to miss out on the UEFA Europa League this season.

Ibrahimovic has not revealed where he will continue playing, but his future will surely be one of the most discussed subjects in the upcoming winter transfer window.
