TFC will battle the Five Stripes to be crowned the King in the East and face Seattle Sounders in the MLS Cup.

With the MLS Cup Playoffs Western Conference final coming to a wrap-up, all that's left is for the Eastern Conference final to be played. Atlanta United and Toronto FC will do battle in this game, set to be played on Wednesday.

All eyes are now on who will be crowned the King in the East for 2019, with Seattle Sounders awaiting the triumphant side in the MLS Cup final. While neither of these two clubs topped to Eastern Conference standings during the regular season, it was Atlanta that finished higher from two, with the Five Stripes coming in at second compared to Toronto's fourth-placed finish.

Seattle Sounders booked their ticket to the MLS Cup final where they will face Atlanta or Toronto

Furthermore, Atlanta are the reigning MLS Cup champions. One thing that could be crucial to Toronto's odds are the availability of Jozy Altidore and Omar Gonzalez, with TFC boss Greg Vanney offering an update.

The result is positive for the most part. Both Altidore and Gonzalez missed out on Toronto's two playoffs game, though the latter made the bench in their recent fixture, but the pair could be back for Wednesday's game.

However, only their 31-year-old center-back can start the game if needed while the American forward has undergone an MRI and might make the bench. The doubt over the USMNT forward is a concern as they could be without a man who scored 11 goals and assisted seven in 22 regular season apps.
