With six points from their first two games, Bayern Munich are firmly in control of Group B. Their stunning demolition of last season's runners-up Tottenham on matchday two, which saw them run riot as they crushed Spurs 7-2 will certainly have Olympiakos concerned given that the Greek side has only earned one point so far.
However, domestically, Bayern have stuttered as of late. They come into this game having earned a surprise two-all draw against Augsburg in the Bavarian derby, which was a disappointing return to Bundesliga action after they had lost 2-1 to Hoffenheim before the international hiatus. That draw meant that Bayern were unable to take advantage of Borussia Moenchengladbach's loss to Dortmund and now sit in third spot in the Bundesliga, but they will have little time to worry too much about that as Tottenham will certainly raring to go against Eastern European outfit Crvena Zvezda in order to get their Champions League campaign back on track after a bad start.
Having scored a whopping ten goals so far - with seven coming in their last game - Bayern will be looking to take out their frustration against Olympiakos who are still seeking their first win in this competition, and are without a win their last ten games in Europe.
Olympiakos: Benzia (suspended), Fortounis (cruciate ligament injury); Guilherme (illness), Podence (groin)
Bayern Munich: Defender Niklas Süle and Jann-Fiete Arp are both out due to a knee injury and a fractured wrist respectively.
