The row between two of Liverpool's stars keeps making headlines, but these should be the last words spoken about it.

The heated exchange between Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane is still being discussed by Premier League -and Liverpool- fans around the world, and following the clash between Brazil and Senegal, midfielder Fabinho shared a bit more insight on the duo's relationship.

The footballer spoke to the Straits Times after the friendly clash between Senegal and Brazil, and he ruled out any animosity between the pair of footballers right after Mane was quite angry after a failed goalscoring opportunity.

"The day after (the game) they joke in the dressing room, they speak normally and they are very good friends. In the moment of the game all players are a little bit hot; it's not the first time and it won't be the last," Fabinho said.

Mané was enraged after Salah failed to pass him the ball during the game against Burnley, and then Jurgen Klopp decided to take him off the pitch. Mané would go on a touchline rant, but according to his team-mate, it was all good after that.

The footballer then turned his attention to the game between Brazil and Senegal, discussing how Mané "threatened" to give Brazil a hard time in the clash between both national teams that ended in a draw.

"We joked a little bit about it, Sadio said he's going to score against us," Fabinho added.

Eventually, Mané would go on to win the penalty kick that equalized the clash between Senegal and Brazil, where Roberto Firmino had given A Canarinha the lead.
