Real Madrid is not having the best of starts in their 2019-20 UEFA Champions League campaign, but it seems that VAR technology wanted to give them a helping hand.
Los Blancos entered the second half of the game trailing 2-0 against Club Brugge, and Sergio Ramos pulled one back for Los Blancos. Nevertheless, the goal scored by the Spaniard captain seemed to have been scored in offside position, which prompted the goal to be checked by VAR officers.
Some experts believe that VAR officers decided to check one more angle to allow Ramos' goal to go up.
