Spanish top-flight officers confirmed when and where one of the most anticipated games of the season will take place.

One of the most watched games of every season has been scheduled to be played in October, and now, fans around the world can plan their agendas accordingly. 

Earlier this season, La Liga had already shared with its fans that the game would be taking place on Matchday 10, but a date and a time were yet to be determined. Today, league officers confirmed that the game will be played in exactly one month, on October 26, 2019.

Last season, Barcelona and Real Madrid locked horns for the first time on October 28. The game ended in a 5-1 blowout for Los Culés, which forced Real Madrid to sack Julen Lopetegui.
