They are two of five first-team players set to miss the Old Trafford encounter.

Man United know that their clash with Leicester City this weekend is a must-win game for the struggling Red Devils. However, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been handed a huge blow as he has lost another key player to injury.

That man is Paul Pogba. While the Frenchman has been criticized heavily for his displays in the team’s recent three-game winless run, the midfielder absence could be costly. His issue stems from a knock he picked up during their most recent Premier League game, a 1-1 draw with Southampton.

The former Juventus ace suffered an ankle injury which forced him out of the game. As a result, he missed the international break and will now sit out Saturday’s game. However, he isn’t the only French ace Man United will have to do without.

Anthony Martial has also been ruled out of this tie due to an injury he picked up in the 2-1 loss to Crystal Palace at home. He too missed the international break as a result and is yet to fully recover.

The worries don’t stop there as Luke Shaw will also play no part in Saturday’s clash with Leicester City, with Eric Bailly and Diogo Dalot already on the sidelines. Furthermore, Jesse Lingard and Aaron Wan-Bissaka are doubts.
