The Brazilian ace seems to be getting closer to secure a move to the Spanish top-flight, but there are some who believe it is not a good option.

Even if having Neymar around would be interesting, one Barcelona legend has finally questioned how useful the Brazilian ace would be if he returned to the Camp Nou.

Speaking in his capacity as an analyst for Univisión, forrmer Blaugrana ace and Bulgarian legend Hristo Stoitchkov slammed Barcelona's intentions to lure Neymar back to the Catalan side, especially since he does not see where the South American footballer could fit in Ernesto Valverde's tactics.

"Barcelona does not need Neymar. He has no place because there are already important players. There are Dembele, Griezmann, Suarez and Messi. Where is he going to play?" Stoitchkov inquired.

The former Golden Boot winner in 1990 hinted that Neymar's return would not be positive for the club, even if Lionel Messi has reportedly given his blessing to push this deal through.

"He would be a bomb inside the locker room," Stoitchkov added.

The Bulgarian legend's words contrast with those from Rivaldo, who would be keen on watching the player return. Even so, negotiations between PSG and Barcelona seem to have stalled, and the Brazilian's future will most likely be decided in the final hours of the transfer window.
