Les Rouges et Blanc seem to have found the man that will have to fill Radamel Falcao's goalscoring boots.

AS Monaco seems to be paving the way to bounce back in Ligue 1's ranks, and their new signing is a clear sign of their intentions.

With Radamel Falcao closing in on a transfer away from Les Princes, the club decided to go all in to find his replacement. Negotiations were swift, and now Wissam Ben Yedder will begin a new adventure with the French club after a three-year stay with Sevilla.

Ben Yedder goes back to France after enjoying his best season as a professional. He managed to score 30 goals in 54 apps for Los Hispalenses, with 18 of those taking place in La Liga games. Ben Yedder finished sixth in La Liga's goalscoring chart behind Lionel Messi, Luis Suárez, Karim Benzema, Iago Aspas and Christian Stuani.

The club has revealed that Ben Yedder joins the club after a $44M payment to Sevilla, who have gone on to sign midfielder Rony Lopes away from Les Princes.
