The rossoneri need more talent to try and win the Italian Serie A, but a number of scenarios have to come in place to see any of these moves happening.

AC Milan may not be able to play European competitions this year, but they surely want to be ready to do so in 2020.

The rossoneri side is willing to push hard to bring in one of two Real Madrid outcasts to their squad this summer, in an attempt to end Juventus' dominance of the competition once and for all.

Real Madrid is desperate to sell players in order to try and sign one or two players before the end of the summer transfer window, and AC Milan's interest in either Isco or James Rodríguez would fit the narrative just fine.

Los Blancos have admitted that Isco is still being considered by Zidane as part of the team, but any offers for the footballer would be analyzed. As for James, the French coach has been abundantly clear on his intentions: he has no interest in having the player around, which would facilitate a deal.

According to the report by La Gazzetta dello Sport, none of these transfers will take place if goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma remains a rossoneri. If the player leaves to PSG, as has been reported in the past few weeks, then Milan would have enough money to try such a transfer. Even so, PSG is not expected to make a move until Neymar's future is sorted out.
